Grouting mortar:
It is a
material used for filling the dividers.
Definition:
grouting mortar is a material mixture with Bal Poulymer with
water resistance specification and also resistance against any
external impacts. It is a hydraulic material with cement
structure to fill connected dividers.
Places of using:
It can be
used in internal and external places to stick ceramic, granite
slabs and all other covering materials .It can be used also to
fill dividers of roof which were previously covered.
way of using :
Pour out one
packet of it (5kg) to 1.5 liters of water and mix it well to
have the proper shape. Wait for 10 minutes and then stir the
mixture to be ready to be used.
Preparing the roof and specification of application:
Before
applying , the dividers of cracks should be clean, without dust,
pebbles or constructing remains. Then they should be wetted by
clean water.
Dividers on
roof should filled well with an instrument has the quality of
pulling and pressing specialized for filling the dividers.
After 2
hour’s of filling the dividers, every divider should be filled
and saturated with water throughout wet sponge twice 30 minutes
separately.
